A semi-detached apartment renovated and renewed in 2025, conveniently located close to the services of Levi Ski Resort.

Situated by Lake Akanjärvi (70 m), a natural beach with sandy bottom accessed via duckboards. A pier is in shared use with a few nearby cabins.

The log semi-detached house was originally built in 1990, but completely renovated in 2025. The living room includes a kitchenette. The bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, and the loft has two single beds (80 cm wide each). The apartment also features an electric sauna, a washroom, and a separate WC.
