The private kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, and fridge-freezer. Amenities include TV and Wi-Fi. In the basement, a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. The stairwell has a large dining room for all guests, leading to the terrace and garden with a communal BBQ area.

The house offers two fully equipped apartments: The smaller "klein aber fein" apartment is 45 sqm, has one bedroom, and is suitable for up to 2 guests. The larger "like home" apartment is nearly 100 sqm, offers up to 3 bedrooms, and accommodates up to 8 guests. If you book "like home" for more than 3 people, the upper floor with an extra bathroom will be opened.
