Discover this attractive 2-room apartment in a quiet location on the outskirts of Villach! All around there are beautiful paths for cyclists or for walking. Next door is a hotel and restaurant. A private parking space opposite the apartment. An electric charging station is also nearby. There is a washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, towels and bath towels. Free toiletries such as shower gel, soap, razor, shaving gel, cotton swabs, slightly older kitchen, 3 hotplates, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee machine with filter, Nespresso machine or instant coffee. Foods such as pasta, rice, cookies, spices, various teas and sugar. A bottle of sparkling wine with nibbles or something sweet is available to welcome you. Up to 4 people can stay overnight. In an emergency there is a folding bed for a fifth person. For dogs or cats I have to charge a fee of 25 euros. Please understand (FEE FOR DOGS - PER DOG 25 EURO/ FEE FOR AN EXTRA BED 10 EURO) Check in is between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Of course, a quicker check-in is possible (for an additional charge of 10 euros). Check out is 10 a.m. A later check out is possible for an additional charge of 40 euros.
