You'll take a step back in time to a simple more relaxing period when you arrive at Kiahuna Plantation on the sunny south shore of the beautiful island of Kauai, 'The Garden Island'. Kiahuna Plantation is the only beachfront condominium resort in Poipu. Leisurely stroll the 35 lush acres and enjoy the feeling of Traditional Hawaii as you walk through gardens rich with tropical flowers, plants and beautiful trees, past ponds to a wonderful beach. Make a quick stop at the beach hut to pick up complimentary beach towels and chairs and enjoy the well-manicured lawn or relax on Kiahuna's sandy beach. Swim, surf or snorkel with brightly colored tropical fish and sea turtles or take a short walk to Poipu Beach, one of the world's best beaches as rated by Travel Magazines, TV and many guidebooks. Often when you arrive you can see Hawaiian monk seals sunning on the beach or playing in the crystal clear water. Large sea turtles are almost daily visitors and offshore whales and dolphins can often be seen! For the more adventurous, the highly professional and gracious Castle Resort staff is available on site, and can help make arrangements for more extensive adventures such as kayaking, luaus, helicopter tours, horseback riding, sunset sailing and more. Of course, no visit to Kauai is complete without a tour of the Waimea canyon and the Na'pali coast, each about an hour's drive from the condo. Take a little longer drive and head north to Kapaa, the Kilauea Lighthouse, some secluded beaches, Princeville, Hanalei (enjoy a cocktail at Tahati Nui- George Clooney did). Drive further north to find more beaches, caves and challenging hiking trails. Superb restaurants and a shopping village are a short walk from the condo and the new Kukuiula center is a longer walk or a very short drive for shopping and dining. Championship golf courses and beautiful hiking trails are nearby. Need a workout, prefer a pool to sand or wanting a few sets of tennis?

The Poipu Beach Athletic Club, pool and tennis and pickle ball courts are readily available and complimentary to our guests. Our home away from home is centrally located on the plantation. The beach, check in desk, Restaurant, laundry facilities, BBQ's, and parking are all easily accessible. Our unit is #227 in building #35. It is a top floor, one bedroom condo, with a lofted ceiling. The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room couch converts to a comfortable queen size bed. The condo sleeps four people with extra sleeping arrangements upon request. The large private lanai looks over gardens and mature trees with a partial ocean view. There are two lounge chairs plus a table with seating for four. It is the perfect place for a morning Kauai coffee, evening cocktail, glass of wine and a relaxing dinner. The recently remodeled vanity area and bathroom has a full shower and bathtub. Three new ceiling fans, carpeting, a completely remodeled kitchen with cherry wood cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances await your arrival. We are striving to create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home for our guests to enjoy.
