Beautiful Villa in Paradise Village- opened from dec 19 to dec 26, 2020.

Vacation in the luxury of a private villa located in the gated and secure Paradise Village Community. Large Master bedroom and bath which includes a steam shower, regular shower and jacuzzi tub and large balcony Other 3 rooms have two double beds with private bath. The other room has a twin bed w/private bath. Each bedroom has it own full size bathroom and one half bath off the kitchen- total of 6 bathrooms in villa.The living room also has a pull out couch for a queen side bed. Amenities include private pool and hot tub, state of the art kitchen, attached two car garage with washer/dryer, with 100 yard walk to beach. Full access to tennis courts, hotel pools, spas, gym, restaurants and golf course. It is best to try to request the villa 1- year in advance in order to try to get the Holiday dates of Christmas.

This is a villa - time share in Paradise village, a gated community in Nuevo Vallarta. Once you decide to rent the villa for the week, I will confirm the date with Paradise village, who will mail to me a voucher to get into Paradise village. I will send that original voucher to you, which will allow you and your family/friends to get into the Villa. Regarding payments, 30 % down at the time of booking and remaining 70 % due 45 days prior to arrival date. 100 % refund 90 days before the start of the stay. 50 % refund for cancellation 45 days prior to start of the stay.
