Chalet "Confort 12" with Terrace and Shared Pool

Stay at Domaine Les Épinettes in Saint-Gervais (Vendée) and enjoy a nature-filled holiday just 10 minutes from the beaches and Vendée coast. Domaine Les Épinettes welcomes you year-round on a 2-hectare wooded estate, perfect for a peaceful getaway with family or friends.



The cozy 32 m² chalet accommodates up to 6 guests. It features a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a small kitchen, and a terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture—ideal for spending quality time together.



Wi-Fi is available for one device.



The estate offers many amenities for a great vacation: heated pool (May–September), children’s playground, tennis court, bike rentals, snack bar, and a small grocery store. Enjoy a quiet, green setting just a few kilometers from the sea—perfect for relaxation.



Bed linen and towels are not provided (please bring your own). Rental of sheets, towels, and cleaning service are available for an extra charge.



Heating is available from October to April, with a free allowance of 25 kWh per day; extra usage is charged for an extra fee.



A baby bed and high chair can be borrowed free of charge upon request, subject to availability.
