We love the area have rented several properties in this south main area in the past. Love the house love the location Hair in the primary shower drain and literally piles of crumbs, food and let hair under the pullout sofa were a bummer I would repair the dishwasher soap dispenser. The kid either binds or doesn’t close.

Beautiful location

Everything was just right. Such a great location and nice townhouse. The only caveat would be if the temperature stays in the 80s the bedrooms stay hot. The fans are perfect but without screens it's hard to leave windows open enough. It seems they need screens or air-conditioning.

We came into town for a wedding at the Surf Hotel. It was a perfect location!

We loved being so close to everything right by the hotel! The river is so close and parks near by. We walked to dinner in town and coffee in the morning! Loved it here!

We were pleasantly surprised at the spacious and great lay out of home. The location is TOO perfect as we attended a wedding at The Surf Hotel. The fun restaurant next door very convenient and very wide range of food and drink. We found home quiet even with the activity next door. When bringing in suitcases up the stairs to front door (me with a bad knee) 2 separate people, one a neighbor and one a walker came right up and asked if they could help with our suitcases. A really nice friendly neighborhood all around. Checking in process effortless. The large fridge and gas cooking very much appreciated. ONLY drawback was no gas available in propane tank. NO DOUBT we will rent here again.
