Quiet and comfortable 3 bed, 2 bath house featuring a wrap around deck, seasonal stream running through the property into a beautiful private pond. Sit with a hot cup of coffee and listen to the stream ripple over the rocks and watch the wildlife in the backyard. STUNNING views of the MOUNTAINS and GOLF COURSE. Interior features an open concept living space with wood floors, and wood burning stove. A beautiful and NEWLY RE-MODELED KITCHEN features new stainless steel appliances, Quartz counter tops and all the latest amenities! There are TWO Dining Areas; one in the kitchen and one in adjacent dining area. TWO Living areas; one has new pit group around a 55 inch 4K flat screen television and DVD player for entertainment, the other is a comfortable leather couch that makes out into a queen sleeper and a chair facing the mountain view and the wood burning stove! The downstairs bedroom features a king sized memory foam bed and private entry into the adjacent downstairs bathroom. Upstairs features a bedroom with queen bed, walkout deck and view of Mt. Princeton. Large laundry room includes full size washer and dryer with lots of storage. Single car garage is available mainly for storage of skis, fishing equipment, etc. There is a gas grill on the lower deck.
The large wrap around deck provides stunning views of the golf course, mountains, and pond.

Quiet and cozy

Location is great and hosts are super to work with. Loved having a keurig coffee maker! Also had lots of sleeping options. Property is quiet and centrally located.

Family wedding

This property was in a great location for our family. We were in town for my nephews wedding and we were only 1.3 miles from the venue. House was in a nice location and met all of our needs Gayla was wonderful to work with. Thank you for everything.

Perfect family mountain getaway

Our family of four and my friend’s family of four stayed for a weekend. This house was lovely and provided perfect nooks for kids aged 10-17 to spread out. The view of the mountains from the living room/dining room is just as the pictures show. The kitchen was fully equipped. We enjoyed the Mt Princeton Hot Springs and a whitewater rafting trip (both a 15 min drive) and we loved walking downtown. Thanks for the perfect mountain getaway with friends.

Charming cabin

This is a great cabin with a beautiful little pond and stream running by. We had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the dinnerware and utensils you need to create a good family meal. We enjoyed several visits from deer—both at the house and on our walks around the neighborhood. We absolutely loved the large kitchen table as a gathering space for both games and meals. We hope to visit again in the summer so our boys can play in the stream!

Oldie but goodie!!

This property is a little bit older but don’t let that fool you! The layout of the house is fabulous and you could easily sleep 10 people on the beds provided. Everything you need is provided in the bathrooms and kitchen including a kitchen aid and crock pot. There is a Keurig and a normal coffee pot. The laundry room is available for use as well. We arrived in a snow storm and got to enjoy the white snow covered golf course. Highly recommend staying here!!

Great house on a golf course with a huge front deck with chairs and a second deck upstairs off the back bedroom. Excellent location to any activities in the area. House is stocked with all the amenities you need for a quiet getaway. Bring golf clubs to play a few rounds!

We made some great memories dining at the kitchen island and outside on the patio. We stopped at City Market and used the key card to fill the refrigerator. All the utensils we needed to cook on the outdoor grill with the babbling brook to listen to while flipping burgers

Awesome setting. Great deck on the back for relaxing and eating breakfast and dinner on. Quiet street. Close to town. Good communication with host. Kitchen has everything you need. Disappointed we couldn't use balcony off upstairs bedroom. Outdoor furniture didn't have cushions and it was just a mess with tree debris. Seems there is some deferred maintenance that the owner is working on.

We absolutely loved it here. The house is so cozy and relaxing and the hosts could not have been any more gracious and communicative! It had everything we needed. We were in town to visit our daughter who is working at the Trail West Lodge, and this hose was so convenient to her and the cute little town of Buena Vista. Also, just a short drive to Breckenridge, which we loved. We would 100% stay here again on our next trip! You won’t be disappointed.

Great Spring Break!

We had a wonderful stay in Buena Vista. This cabin had everything we needed, was well stocked, and had incredible views of the mountains. Check-in was smooth, owner responded right away to any questions, and the house was very clean. This Florida family hopes to come back soon!

Stellar house and location!

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday and absolutely loved our stay! The property is lovely and is in an incredibly peaceful part of Colorado with stellar views of the Rocky Mountain. It helped make Christmas incredibly special with my family and they loved the visit The host went above and beyond in helping prepare the property by setting up a Christmas tree as well as bringing in some firewood to dry for the incredible wood stove in the house. Overall, this was a fantastic trip and I highly recommend this house!

Family time!

Enjoyed our time in your house relaxing on the deck, looking at the beautiful mountains, listening to the gentle ripple of the water over the rocks in the stream. Loved watching the deer appear every morning and evening. We enjoyed a brother and sisters reunion. Thank you Gayla for checking in to make sure everything was good.

Relax

Great place to stay and relax on the deck watching the golfers. Were greeted most mornings by deer grazing near the house. Very close to town but still rural enough to enjoy the surroundings.

Nice and convenient

Nice location next to the golf course. Fishing, golf, hot springs, outdoor theater, hiking and more are all close by. We'll definitely come back.

Great experience!

Beautiful and serene property, listen to the elk bugle with your morning coffee and a waterfall complete with mallard pair. The only thing that would make this better is a hammock however no one would ever leave!

Lovely weekend

House is very comfortable. We enjoyed the common area and kitchen especially. Grilled on the deck, watched the deer, had fires in the wood stove, and enjoyed Buena Vista in general.

Fall Break 2022

We had a wonderful weekend in BV. The house was perfect for two families and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views of the mountains and golf course were my favorite every morning on the porch. We even saw lots of deer! Mount Princeton Hot Springs and St. Elmo's Ghost town were super close and downtown had lots of great shops and restaurants.
