Gite Azur Toulouse Sud – Peaceful Retreat with Pool near Toulouse

Located 11 km from Muret and 20 km south of Toulouse via the A64, Gîte du Bégué offers a peaceful, comfortable, air-conditioned stay with no immediate neighbors. This single-story property is thoughtfully decorated and furnished with quality pieces.



Guests can enjoy a large heated shared pool (13.5 m x 5 m) with alarm, open from May to late September, surrounded by terraces, sun loungers, and Mediterranean plants. The gîte features a private terrace with outdoor table, chairs, barbecue, and loungers. An independent cabana area is available for an extra fee upon request.



The living room includes Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, storage, a large dining table, and tourist information. The fully equipped kitchen offers a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee makers, toaster, kettle, and complete dishware.



The bathroom has a spacious shower, towel warmer, toilet, hairdryer, and practical amenities like an iron.



The main bedroom has a double bed with comfortable bedding and ample storage. A second bedroom with bunk beds is ideal for children, with games and books provided. Bed linen and towels can be supplied for an extra fee. A baby kit is also available for an extra fee, subject to availability.



A fitness room is accessible for an extra fee.



Pets are allowed under certain conditions: prior owner approval, socialized dog, up-to-date vaccinations, insurance certificate, and a photo for pets over 13 kg. First-category dogs are not accepted. A small dog lives on the property.



The gîte is an ideal base for exploring Toulouse and the Pyrenees. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an extra fee upon request.
