Moderne FeWo mit voll ausgestatteter Küche in ruhiger, zentraler Lage

Pros: Die FeWo ist modern eingerichtet, besitzt eine gute Raumaufteilung und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Ausrichtung der Zimmer zu einem Hinterhof mit einer Aufenthaltsmöglichkeit gewährleistet eine ruhige Lage. Besichtigungen der Kernstadt von Bamberg sowie sind fußläufig möglich. Auch Gastronomiebetriebe sind in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichbar. Cons: Aufgrund der Baustellensituation in der Unteren Sandstraße gestalteten sich die An- und Abreise sowie die Zufahrt von einer Tiefgarage am Tag der Abreise mit dem PKW ohne genaue Ortskenntnisse trotz Navi sehr schwierig und umständlich ( Es fehlten Informationen vorab bzw. in der FeWo als Hilfestellung ). Außerdem fehlte der Hinweis bei Beschreibung der Ausstattungsmerkmale, dass es sich in der FeWo um Smart-TVs handelt, die nicht jedem Mieter bei der Bedienung geläufig sind. Bei einem Smart-TV musste erst ein Kabel für den Empfang richtig gesteckt und die passende Fernbedienung aus einer anderen FeWo geholt werden, um den Bildschirm für das normale Programm nutzen zu können. In der FeWo sollte auch eine kleine Informationsmappe mit zusätzlichen Kontaktmöglichkeiten bei Störungen etc. ausliegen. Die Gartenmöbel machten einen nicht gepflegten Eindruck.
