Outdoor shower, terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, billiard table, trampoline, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop 1 km, pebble beach 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
