Picture yourself enjoying breakfast on our 2nd floor oversized luxury condo balcony listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean. Look straight on to the amazing view of endless sea and blue skies framed in lush palm trees. Our modern complex directly on the beach with 24 hour security nestles between Casa Marina Beach and Sosua by the Sea. Our local property manager will make sure you have everything you need.
Walk downstairs and a few steps and you can swim in the ocean or walk the beach. If you prefer lie on loungers by our pool under umbrellas watching the palms sway
to an ocean soundtrack.
Walk to town, groceries, bars and restaurants in a short 8 minute walk. No car is necessary but if you do rent one we have private secure parking.
We furnished our condo with the best Sealy King size bed, Theater Style leather loungers to lie in while watching our new 39' HDTV LCD TV featuring HBO, Cinemax, Showtime.
Dine on our oversized balcony or on the granite island.
The living room has an oversize floor to ceiling mirror that pulls the ocean in. The bedroom and living room each have their own air conditioners. There is also a ceiling fan in the living room. The living room has 2 home theater style loungers and 2 overstuffed chairs.
The oversized bedroom has high ceilings, 4 windows and
a butter yellow soothing color with white crown molding. The Sealy Posturepedic King bed offers heavenly sleep.The cedar closet in the bedroom covers a whole wall. We have salt lamps bedside along with white night stands.
Our luxury modern condo features granite counters, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and stone floors. Our bathroom is stone and tile and features a bath tub shower
combo. There also is an outdoor shower on the grounds for when you come out of the beach or lie by the pool and jacuzzi.
Laundry room is downstairs. You can usually catch the fruit truck next door at 11am on Mondays and Fridays. 5 gallon jugs of water can be gotten at security downstairs.
Our favorite past time is breakfast and happy hour on the balcony feeling the ocean breezes and watching the ocean all the way across to the mountains of Mt. Isabel in Puerto Plata. Love also taking in the Caribbean vegetation of our complex which was designed to keep in the charm and natural beauty of the Dominican Republic. At 10 or 12pm watch the Catamarans go by on their snorkeling trip.
Come enjoy a piece of paradise.

Love to swim, snorkel, walk, photography, views, sunsets, music and travel. From the states, but always searched for a place on the beach. Visited the Dominican Republic and fell in love with the people and beaches. Love modern but comfortable high end living.
Why they chose this property
Amazing views on a wonderful swimming beach. Sounds of the ocean 24 hours a day. Only beachfront condo where you can walk a few steps and you are on a swimming beach. I love just going downstairs in my bathing suit, not having to pack anything and jump into the ocean and then take an outdoor shower overlooking the ocean.
Chose this unit because it has a 2nd floor location with privacy and full on straight unobstructed view of the ocean. We looked at all the luxury complexes and loved this one since we didn't have to walk anywhere to go to the beach. We also chose it because there are other condos near the ocean but when we looked at the water we thought it was pretty but too rough for swimming. We also didn't want a huge impersonal sterile condo complex. We wanted and found the charm and intimacy of a complex with only 14 units. Built by the top builder on the North Coast who was committed to preserving as much nature as possible. Love the oversized balcony, living room, bedroom and bathroom built with high end modern touches tile floors and custom stonework. I love that the
Galeria only has 14 units giving it a high end boutique hotel charm in an intimate setting. Love the location too since we love to walk everywhere and prefer not to have a car. Love being on the ocean but only an 8 minute walk to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Our place is perfect for the laid-back Caribbean life. Love our security guards and being able to enjoy watersports, snorkeling and diving trips at the hotel next door. Love being on the balcony with my laptop and great internet service. Love laying on our theater style lounger watching all the TV we could ever imagine. We bought this for the view and swimming but furnished it for optimum comfort and relaxation.
