Holiday Home 'La Colombara di Castione'

Located in the picturesque village of Castione, known for its tower and church bell tower, this 45 sqm holiday home can accommodate up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms, a living room that can be used as an extra sleeping area, and 3 bathrooms.



The private kitchen is well equipped with a Lavazza A Modo Mio coffee machine, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge. Each room features Himalayan salt heating stoves, adjustable by remote control for temperature, brightness, and color, while the kitchen is heated by a pellet stove. For summer, each room has ceiling fans with remote control.



The bedrooms are on three levels, connected by a spiral staircase, so we recommend small trolleys or easy-to-carry suitcases. For hygiene reasons, please use slippers or indoor shoes to access the rooms. The kitchen is on the courtyard floor below the bedrooms, with a separate entrance.



Castione is a 7-minute drive from Ponte dell'Olio, and nearby you can visit charming destinations like Grazzano Visconti, Castell'Arquato, Travo, Gropparello Castle, and other beautiful spots.



The owners live next door, but not in the rented house. The rural setting is perfect for those who love peace and nature, offering a relaxing stay surrounded by beautiful landscapes and local wildlife.



Every window offers panoramic views. During your stay, you have access to the woods and private land of the property.



Street parking is available. Up to two pets are allowed. Events are not permitted; please respect quiet hours and all indoor and outdoor spaces.



For stays longer than 7 nights, linen and towel changes and cleaning are available on request for an extra fee.
