In addition to a cosy seating area with leather couch and wood-burning stove, there is also a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. In the living area you will find satellite TV and a DVD player. From the kitchen you can reach the south-facing terrace with an unobstructed view of the meadows and fields. On the ground floor you will also find the modern bathroom with shower and bathtub, the WC (extra) and a bedroom with a double bed. The second bedroom is located on the upper floor of the house. It is equipped with another satellite TV, a sitting area with a couch and two armchairs. The smallest room is 6 square metres in size and is furnished with a single bed, a small desk and a bedside table. It can be used as a study or playroom. Internet access is via WLAN (Vodafone Gigacube, 4G) and is available throughout the house and on the terrace.
The nearest shopping facilities are approx. 2 km away.
Since 2021 there is an 11 kW wallbox (type 2) directly at the holiday home.
