This spacious and modernly furnished holiday home is located on the island of Čiovo, in Arbanija (Split-Dalmatia County).
It is a perfect house for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet and at the same time be close to the centre of the old town of Trogir (10 minutes away by car).
The beach is less than 100 metres away.

The airport is 5 km away.

In addition, there are regular bus and water taxi connections from the marina near the house to the old town of Trogir and neighbouring towns.

The house has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to six people (4+2)
On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with a sofa bed (for two people), a fully equipped kitchen and a covered dining area for up to 8 people on the outdoor terrace.

The second floor consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a Vertigo wardrobe. A separate wardrobe room provides additional storage space. A bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and a fantastic large terrace with views of the Adriatic and various seating and lounging options.

The outdoor area makes this house something very special!
There is a covered outdoor dining area, a sunny terrace with sunbathing and seating areas and a large garden with a stone barbecue.
The garden is a perfect place to relax with sun loungers and hammocks under palm, olive and mandarin trees.
The shower is perfect for cooling off on hot and warm days.

Don't worry about parking, there is a suitable parking space for 2 cars at the back of the house.

Perfektes Haus für Familien oder mit Freunden

Das Ferienhaus hatte eine sehr gute Lage, Strand war ungefähr 200m laufweg entfernt, dazu eine direkte Verbindung zum Boottaxi und 500m zum nächsten Einkaufsladen. Besuchen Sie aufjedenfall Trogir, wunderschöne Hafenstadt. Die Besitzerin war sehr nett und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben für Orte die man sehen sollte.
