In the heart of the Upper Black Forest, between Titisee, Feldberg, Schluchsee and the romantic Wutach Gorge, you have found your feel-good oasis for your Black Forest holiday. Your flat is the ideal starting point for your excursions in the Black Forest, to Freiburg im Breisgau and the Markgräfler Land. You can also quickly reach destinations in Switzerland and Alsace from here. And with us you will feel really at home in your flat and on the garden terrace. The quiet south-facing slope offers you peace and relaxation and a fantastic view over the Black Forest to the Alps. You will be delighted with this ideal location.

The flat is suitable for three people <3 years and a small child (under 3 years). You will appreciate the luxurious, brand new furnishings, the comfort and cosiness on offer.

There is a bedroom, a living room with dining area and integrated kitchen, a bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower and a large garden terrace. From the living/dining area and the garden terrace, you can enjoy a fantastic view over meadows and forests all the way to the Alps. Check-in is contactless. You will find your keys in a key safe, for which you will receive the access code from us. You can park your car conveniently and safely in front of your flat in a private car park. Your stay here is comfortable, conveniently located and extremely affordable.

A filter coffee machine, toaster and blender are of course also available. A fully automatic SAECO coffee machine is also available to prepare your cappuccino or latte macchiato at the touch of a button. In addition to a versatile range of pots and pans, you will also find all the necessary kitchen utensils and kitchen aids. An elegant coffee and dinner service from Villeroy & Boch for 6 people and a high-quality range of glasses create a sophisticated setting for your table. Two patio doors give you direct access to the garden terrace, allowing you to enjoy your meals outside when the weather is fine.

The bedroom - 14 m²: You will sleep and relax like a dream in the 180x200cm luxury box-spring bed with comfort mattresses and topper as well as summer and winter duvets. The beds are covered with fine white searsucker bed linen. You can watch TV from the comfort of your bed on the large 49" smart TV on the opposite wall. The satellite reception also offers you a wealth of national and international free TV and radio programmes. With a large, 3m-wide wardrobe, you have plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. There is also a large laptop safe for your valuables. 2 designer bedside consoles, 2 LED bedside lamps and 2 chairs for clothes storage provide additional comfort. It is large enough for 2 people and also has a bar shower. A separate 1.20 m floor-level shower area with a 30 cm Raindance shower, hand shower and designer glass wall will fulfil all your wishes. There is also a wall-hung washdown WC and a washbasin with vanity unit. An illuminated bathroom mirror, a 7x super cosmetic mirror, a bathroom scales, a hairdryer and plenty of storage space and shelves are of course provided. The illuminated LED shelves and the built-in wall-mounted internet radio create a cosy atmosphere in which to relax and unwind. We provide 1 towel and 1 shower towel per person.

The hallway - 8.5 m²: The reception area (vestibule) creates a cosy atmosphere as soon as you enter the flat. The elegant wardrobe and a shoe cupboard with shelf and mirror in the reception area ensure the desired tidiness during your stay. The large reception door with glass cut-out gives you an inviting view into the beautiful living area.

The utility room - 3.5 m²: In addition to the technical centre, the utility cupboard contains all the household, cleaning and ironing equipment, including a hoover and clothes horse. A powerful washing machine and a condensation dryer with many programmes are available here for you to use free of charge.

The terrace - 30 square metres: You can enjoy the sun all day long on the beautiful large south-facing garden terrace. You have access to the terrace and the garden from the living area as well as from the dining area, the kitchen and the bedroom. A large garden table with 4 armchairs and 2 sun loungers offer you the opportunity to relax and unwind in your holiday home, weather permitting. An electric garden barbecue is available for your private barbecue feast and sizzling pleasure. A 9m² large, sturdy parasol offers you complete sun protection over the seating area. The terrace is equipped with outdoor lighting and a power socket.

Dreamlike surroundings for your dream holiday: In the middle of the Upper Black Forest, your holiday flat in Kappel is located at an altitude of over 900m, directly on the southern slope of the Hochfirst, a forested 1,190m high mountain. Climb the observation tower, which rewards you with a view over the Black Forest after 126 steps. Enjoy the marvellous view of the nearby Titisee and the Feldberg. On a clear day, you can see as far as the Swiss and Austrian Alps and, in ideal conditions, even as far as the French Alps, Mont Blanc and the Italian border.

Kappel, with its village character, has just under 1,000 inhabitants and is part of the municipality of Lenzkirch, which also includes the neighbouring villages of Grünwald, Saig and Raitenbuch. Lenzkirch is surrounded by the municipalities of Titisee-Neustadt, Friedenweiler, Löffingen, Bonndorf, Schluchsee, Feldberg and Hinterzarten.
