Verbesserungswürdig

Unser Aufenthalt war, durch das schöne Wetter, sehr schön.Die Wohnung ist schön gross, hat super Lage, liegt aber im 2. OG. Man muss es nochmals sagen, 2 Schlafzimmer sind außerhalb der Wohnung - auf dem Flur. Ausstattungsmässig ist sie nicht auf dem Stand. Es fehlt schon an der Gemütlichkeit. Auch brauchten wir, gott sei dank, den Fernseher nicht so oft - die Fernsehprogramme lassen sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Große Enttäuschung für den Mietpreis

Wir waren ziemlich enttäuscht über die Einrichtung der Wohnung und leider ließ auch die Sauberkeit zu Wünschen übrig. Die schöne große Terrasse ist mit einem in die Jahre gekommenen, dreckigen Plastiktisch und Stühlen ausgestattet und war alles andere als einladend. Die Terrasse selbst wurde schon seit länger Zeit nicht mehr gefegt, geschweige denn gewischt. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig mit einem Sammelsurium von alten Möbeln ausgestattet, der einzig neuere Gegenstand war ein Fernseher. Die beiden extra Schlafzimmer befinden sich außerhalb der Wohnung, so dass man Nachts, wenn man zur Toilette muss, diese nur über den Hausflur erreichen kann. Das bedeutet aber auch, entweder die Wohnung nicht zu verschließen oder nachts mit einem Schlüssel zu hantieren. Insgesamt hinterlässt die Wohnung den Eindruck, dass der Vermieter damit nur Geld verdienen möchte, aber kein Interesse an Modernisierung hat. Das ist in Anbetracht der sehr guten Lage und der vielen Gäste auf Usedom schon sehr bedauerlich. Wir werden das Objekt nicht wieder buchen.

Schöne Altbauwohnung in toller Lage
