Kimmelsbacher Hof is located on the southeastern edge of Kimmelsbach, a traditional Franconian village in the Haßberge Nature Park.
Originally built around 1830, the farmhouse has been carefully restored using natural materials while incorporating modern comforts such as photovoltaic panels, infrared ceiling heating and water treatment systems.
