As the owner family with children of different ages and a dog, we have lovingly furnished the "Marilene" holiday home in country house style and completely renovated it in 2024 to create a retreat where young and old, including their pets, can feel equally at home and recharge their batteries. With approx. 117 square metres of living space, we have enough room for up to 6 people. And dogs are also very welcome here! The highlight is our lovingly furnished children's playroom with all kinds of toys such as air hockey, a doll's house and a smart TV, to which you can connect your own games console while parents enjoy a well-earned break on the sun terrace or in the cosy living room. Quietly located in an outlying neighbourhood, you are also not far from all the excursion destinations.
Our facilities leave nothing to be desired! The use of bed linen, towels, dog bowl, washing machine and tumble dryer and a fully equipped kitchen are included in the price. We have equipped the large fitted kitchen for you with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cooker and oven, filter coffee machine, waffle iron, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle and a Monsieur Cuisine. The living area has two real leather sofas and a Smart TV on which you can watch your usual TV programme. We have left a selection of board and card games in the sideboard - so nothing stands in the way of a fun games evening! We have also set up a playroom on the ground floor for our younger guests. Here you will find an air hockey table, a doll's house, toy cars, a tunnel caterpillar and much more. For the teens travelling with you, there is a separate area in the playroom for chilling out and gaming with two beanbags and a Smart TV, to which you can either connect the games console you have brought with you or watch a selected programme via the TV apps. There is also a large daylight bathroom on the ground floor with a double washbasin, bathtub, shower and WC, as well as a guest WC and a utility room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and hoover.
There are 3 lovingly furnished bedrooms on the upper floor. There is a bedroom with a double bed, travel cot, changing unit and Smart TV, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bunk bed and slide. The "master bedroom" and the living room are also equipped with air conditioning.
For our four-legged guests, we have provided two height-adjustable feeding bowls, a dog blanket and a dog bed. The garden is also fenced in with a 1.20 metre high fence. Every guest should feel at home with us!
We offer a beautiful sun terrace for relaxing and a climbing frame for children in the garden. Of course, this may be used under adult supervision and at your own risk.
The keys are handed over via a key safe at the house.
You can safely park and lock your bikes in the garage. You can also charge your e-bikes here.
