In the heart of the Tyrolean Zugspitz region, all age groups - especially families - can enjoy an unforgettable, relaxing and eventful holiday. In summer and winter, depending on your mood. Our house is only a few metres from the centre and everything in the village is within easy walking distance. Supermarket, small village shop, sports shop incl. ski school, doctor, ski lift, cross-country ski trail, swimming lake, flying fox, tennis, minigolf etc. and of course the bus and train stop are in the village.

If you don't like animals, you don't have to be bored with us because there are many more entertainment options: - Play tower with slide and swing - Large sandpit including sand toys - Trampoline in the large garden - Football goals, table tennis - Pedal tractors with trailers and Kettcar - and above all a lot of space to play around the house or in the garden - In addition, there is a barbecue area with an open charcoal grill - In winter, sledges and sliding plates can be borrowed free of charge.

All holiday flats are functional, cosy and at the same time charmingly furnished in a rustic style, this flat can accommodate up to 6 people. On 56m² you will find everything you need to spend a pleasant holiday e.g. with your family. Two bedrooms with double beds (+ 2 sleeping possibilities in the living room) and a large living room with a well-equipped kitchen offer enough space for everyone and in the play corner in the hallway young and old will find various games, puzzles, books etc. to play or even some friends who would like to play with you.

The name of our farm says it all: the animals on the farm are our speciality. You can touch them, they are friendly and gentle - but sometimes shy and curious at the same time. They also look forward to your visit! Our youngest guests are especially welcome here. If you are not yet an animal lover, you will certainly become one during your ranch holidays! The goats (Trixi, Balu, Flöcki, Mogli...) are very affectionate and need to be stroked. But they also have a cheeky little rascal in them from time to time and are good for a few surprises. In contrast, the rabbits are much shyer, but therefore also very interesting and, above all, fun to watch. Finally, let's talk about our horses and ponies. We have a colourful herd here, from small to large. If you like, you can help with the stable work or feeding and when the horses are cleaned and washed from time to time, you can also lend a hand - always accompanied by our horse professionals.
