Discover our charming wooden tiny house (19 square metres), newly built in 2012, in Ljugarn on Gotland, Sweden's sunniest island with the most hours of sunshine in the country. This holiday home, beautifully situated on the edge of the forest and only 700 metres from the white sandy beach, promises beautiful sunny days and mild temperatures from the beginning of May until well into October. It is the perfect choice for up to 2 adults and a maximum of 2 small children, whereby the children can stay overnight free of charge.

Inside the Tiny House you will find a cosy and fully equipped eat-in kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, kettle and a Senseo coffee machine. The tiny house also has a bathroom with a standard WC, washing machine and shower. German television provides relaxation in the evening - Swedish programmes are not available. In the sleeping loft you will find comfortable beds that promise a good night's sleep.

Outside the Tiny House you will find a terrace with parasol, table and chairs as well as a barbecue for cosy barbecue evenings. A two-part shed houses 2 adult bicycles, which are available for exploring the island. The natural garden blends harmoniously into the surrounding landscape and you can park your car in the private car park.

The surrounding area of Ljugarn offers a variety of activities and sights. The idyllic beach is just a short walk away. Cycling tours, tennis and golf are possible in the immediate vicinity, and cultural excursion destinations such as the World Heritage town of Visby, the Kneippbyn leisure park with the real Villa Kunterbunt from the Pippi Longstocking films or the oldest fish smokehouse in Katthammarsvik are easily accessible by bike or car. In the high season, raspberries and blackberries grow around the house, inviting you to pick them.
