You can expect a lovingly furnished 3-room flat on the ground floor, on 110 m², and a garden of over 450 m² for exclusive use, an oversized waterbed in the bedroom, measuring 2m x 2.20 m, which always delights our tall guests. If required, we can also provide a baby travel cot with everything you need for an extra charge.

The living/dining room, with a large 75-inch TV, Magenta TV, Internet and WLAN and a view of the barely visible, sunny and sheltered garden, invites you to relax, barbecue and unwind after returning from your day trips.
The flat has underfloor heating as well as radiators in every room and a bright, fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, convection cooker and a large seating area, child seat and two children's blankets are waiting for your family. There is also a 1.40 metre wide bed here.

The flat is designed for 4 people plus a small child, but is also suitable for more (small) people who can sleep together in a 1.40 m bed. The ground floor flat is furnished to a high standard and cosy.

You will find tablecloths and beautiful decorations, carpets and spices as well as a washing machine with tumble dryer to make you feel at home. Please bring your own washing powder, tea towels and detergents. Of course we also have a potty, a changing mat and a baby carrier, bobby car and sandpit. However, you will need to bring the reducer for the highchair. You will also need to bring bed linen, towels and all sanitary items. The fitted mattress protectors serve as a base for the bed sheet you need to bring. For all emergencies, we also provide bed linen and towels by arrangement.

The flat is a pet-free, non-smoking flat. Your bicycles are stored in the outside storage room so that they are safe and your car is parked right next to the house on the driveway.

Our Wesergarten holiday flat, briefly summarised:

I am pleased to welcome you as your host in my holiday flat Wesergarten. It is very important to me to design the accommodation with small amenities so that guests can really relax. So you can look forward to a few lovely days here on the Weser with a central location for your beautiful excursions in all directions.

There are many interesting and beautiful sights to visit here that you will remember for a long time to come. The bright flat you have booked will help you to feel at home here immediately. After your tours, you will be able to relax in the barely visible garden, listen to the birds and let your gaze wander over the greenery while the barbecue heats up, the little ones play in the sandpit or your partner(s) enjoy the warming rays of sunshine with you and a glass of wine on the terrace.

I attach great importance to cleanliness and the quality of the beds, in which you will certainly sleep well. What could be more cosy and relaxing than warm water! A soft mattress topper with memory function is also available in the room for the sofa with bed function. For cold evenings, when you might not use the terrace as much, I have thought about a relaxed cinema-like viewing of the TV programme with a modern device, Internet and WLAN.

Private holiday flat "Wesergarten", quiet location, very close to the centre, with 450m² large garden for exclusive use, Weser beach nearby, 25 minutes by car to the "green" North Sea coast, a few minutes to a shopping centre.

In a few minutes by bike you are at Nordenham beach, which is always popular with the green plan routes or if you want to take the long tour via Bremerhaven and Brake. In many places you can cycle along the dyke by the water.
Tips:
From here you can quickly reach Bremerhaven with its fantastic Immigration Centre, the Climate House with all the world's climate zones, the great zoo for the little ones and the Mediteraneo for strolling and shopping: The ferries to the islands also leave from here.

The fishing harbour with its shop window, where there is always something going on and fresh fish is somehow a must. In 1 hour by car you can be in Bremen in the old town or in Bad Zwischenahn on the beautiful lake, in Duhnen on the sandy beach with island feeling or in 20 minutes to the green North Sea resorts of Tossens, Eckwarderhörne, Burhave or in Fedderwardersiel, a small fishing harbour.

The zoo in Varel is also recommended for families with children and has a completely different layout to the one in Bremerhaven.

- In just a few minutes by bike, you can be at Nordenham beach, which is always a popular destination on the green plan routes or if you fancy a longer tour via Bremerhaven and Brake.

-In many places you can cycle along the dyke by the water. A little sheep fence shouldn't stop you. :)) Barbecuing on a paved path leading into the water, possibly at sunset, is not forbidden, I don't think. But please take any leftovers with you to the nearest rubbish bin.
And on foot: From Tossens to Eckwarderhörne directly down by the water, drink a cool Alster or coffee there, eat ice cream, back again and legs up in the beach chair in the horizontal! 1 tour approx. 45 min -1 h. Almost completely alone with yourself and nature. It's the same in the opposite direction... Mega relaxing! (- And healthy.)

-In the baths, children can search for hairy lugworms with scoops or catch garnet and crabs in the tidal flats with the Cascher at low tide.
- The catamaran sails from Bremerhaven to Heligoland.
- Duhnen and Döse near Cuxhaben on the water are also great. After an hour's journey there is an island feeling with a beautiful sandy beach and great surroundings :)) as they say here. Carriage rides to the island of Neuwerk through the mudflats must be booked in advance. The famous polo matches on the mudflats also take place here. It's also great to walk the mudflats at low tide. There is a hard sandy seabed here and kitesurfers can be found all along the coast.
- Bremerhaven is a 30 km drive through the nearby Weser Tunnel. There you can visit the Columbus Centre, the
Mediteraneo Centre, the animal grottoes, the emigration centre, the climate house, the shipping museum or the zoo.
and then enjoy delicious fresh fish in the fishing harbour, e.g. at Fisch 2000, super fresh and cheap or in the "Schaufenster" in the harbour! Fiedler's sales hall is also always an eye-catcher.
- Bremen's old town, the town hall or a nice meal on the Schlachte right on the waterfront: Travelling time 1 hour.
- Bad Zwischenahn: A pretty spa town where there is always something going on. With a cute town centre and a beautiful large lake. Here you can relax with coffee and cake, cycle/hike around the lake or take a boat trip and admire the beautiful villas on the lake or experience one of the highlights in the Park der Gärten or eat traditional eel in the old Spieker or try your luck in the casino.
