The chalet has recently been renovated, while retaining its old mazot character. The right balance between modernity and simplicity. A real cosy nest for a real rest in the mayen.
Volovron: a unique viewpoint over the Upper Val d'Hérens
The Volovron mayens are located above Evolène, on a sunny terrace with a magnificent view of all the peaks of the upper Val d'Hérens: Dent d'Hérens 4,171m, Dent Blanche 4,347m, Mont Collon, Pigne d'Arolla, Dents de Veisivi, etc. A carriage road provides easy access up to 200m from the chalet. However, the chalet is perfectly isolated. It stands at an altitude of 1,800 metres and faces due south.
Comfort and authenticity, peace and quiet and exceptional views.
The chalet is equipped as follows:
- Peyo", a magnificent old-fashioned living room perfectly restored with Evolène soapstone, 6-seater table, sofa and armchair.
- 2 bedrooms: 2 beds 90*200 and 1 bed 160*200 (duvets 140*210)
- kitchen with fridge and gas and wood-fired cooker
- WC and shower
- terrace with views over the valley
Light is generated by solar energy.
