Holiday Home The Beach House in Dugi Rat is completely newly renovated house just a few steps to the sea. It is equipped with modern furniture dominated by stone and wood. The interior tells a special story about stone and wood, paying attention to the smallest details. On the ground floor there is a tavern with a fireplace, a kitchen, a dining room and a toilet. In front of the tavern there is an area with sunbeds right next to the sea. On the same level there is a seating area in complete shade and an outdoor shower.
Inside the house on the ground floor there is also a sauna and a gym. On the first floor, on the left side of the house, there is a spacious living room with access to the terrace on the south side. There are an jacuzzi with an open view of the sea. Also on the same level, on the north side of the house, there is a large balcony that provides pleasant shade throughout the day. Also on the same level there is an equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting area and stairs to the upper floor where there are three bedrooms with bathrooms.
On the first floor of the right part of the house there is a living room with access to a balcony with an open view of the sea. The living room is also serves as a bedroom with an bathroom for two people. The living room has a movable partition that instantly turns the living room into a bedroom and provides complete privacy. There is an outdoor dining room on the balcony. There are two rooms on the first floor.
The house offers a unique experience of a luxurious holiday by the sea itself. A small shop is only 20 m from the house where you can buy basic groceries as well as bread and pastries. The bus stop is also 30 m away. The nearest restaurant is 800 m away, which you can reach in a 10-minute easy walk along the sea. We live nearby and are at your disposal if you need us for anything. Children are welcome.
