The open ground floor offers a living room with dining area and kitchen, from where you have direct access to the pool and the covered terrace. In the dinning room , seating on the huge sofa bed you can enjoy a view on the garden and pool, or just resting and watching flat TV . A bedroom with double bed and own bathroom, as well as a guest toilet can also found on the ground floor. In the morning, you can use direct access to the pool from the ground floor bedroom, and enjoy in the swimming directly from the bed.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with the bathroom, and apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and a bathroom. All bedrooms have TV and air conditioning.

All bedrooms on the first floor are connected with an open terrace while apartment has a covered balcony with a cosy seating area, from where a beautiful view extends over the surroundings and the sea in the distance.

A grocery shop is just few steps from the house. The beach is also very close, just 90 meters from the house.
When you reach the sea, you can walk by the sea directly to the main town, Rab.
Walk by the sea is wonderful, you will have several restaurants on the way as well as coffee bars.

There is a travel bed for small children in the holiday home.
