This holiday home is located on the outskirts of Kahnsdorf, directly on Lake Hain, and just a few kilometres south of Leipzig. You will find peace and relaxation here, but you can also quickly reach the big city.
The holiday home is equipped like a complete family home as a non-smoking building. You are welcome to smoke on the balconies and terraces. The house stands in the lake on concrete pillars that are set about four metres into the lake bed. This means that access to the house is on land and access to the lake is directly in the water. All guests can expect a lovingly designed interior with selected decorations. On the ground floor is the boat garage with its own rowing boat for four people (included in the rental price); you can take the boat under the house through a gate onto the lake, electric barbecue and leisure games for guests are also available. There is also a hallway with shoe cupboard and cloakroom, WC with wash hand basin and toilet and a utility room with house connections and small tools. On the first floor you enter the living room with flat screen TV, DVD or Blu Ray player with several DVDs, radio-CD system, sofa bed (can be folded out for one person to sleep on), books to browse through and board games. The kitchen with dining table and four chairs is also located here. It has a fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, four-burner electric hob and extractor bonnet. All cutlery, crockery, pliers, scissors and openers are provided. The floor is rounded off by a bathroom with a large shower, toilet and washbasin. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), white wardrobe, bedside cabinet and books for reading. Your children sleep in the pirate children's room (very small) with double bunk beds (0.90 m x 1.80 m), toys and small pieces of furniture. The upper floor is rounded off by a bathroom with WC, hand basin and toilet. WLAN is available free of charge.electricity costs: billed according to consumption and offset against the deposit
From the first floor you have access to the lake balcony with a beautiful panoramic view over the lagoon and Lake Hain. The lakeside terrace with garden furniture and a parasol as well as a beautiful view can be reached from the second floor. Outside there are two car parking spaces, a large sun terrace directly on the lake with a movable bathing ladder - also intended for the holiday home next door, a rustic bench for a cosy break and a jetty in front of the boat garage.
Pets are welcome! The house has its own waterfront, you have private access to the lake.
Kahnsdorf is located south of Leipzig in the Leipzig New Lake District on Lake Hain. Kahnsdorf is an idyllic and well-kept village with a very well-kept ice cream parlour and a restaurant as well as smaller shops. The A38 motorway is 12 km away and Leipzig city centre is 20 km away via a dual carriageway. Leipzig has everything for young and old. The district town of Borna is 7 km away and can be reached quickly. The Neuseenland region to the south of Leipzig is a large interconnected lake area with many leisure activities. Lake Hain in Kahnsdorf is one of the largest lakes in Neuseenland. Lake Hain consists of the pure lake and the Kahnsdorf lagoon. This holiday home is located on the lagoon. The infrastructure development is completely new and there is a new lakeside promenade for strolling.

All guests can expect a lovingly designed interior with selected decorations. On the ground floor is the boat garage with its own rowing boat for four people (included in the rental price); you can take the boat under the house through a gate onto the lake, electric barbecue and leisure games for guests are also available. There is also a hallway with shoe cupboard and cloakroom, WC with wash hand basin and toilet and a utility room with house connections and small tools. On the first floor you enter the living room with flat screen TV, DVD or Blu Ray player with several DVDs, radio-CD system, sofa bed (can be folded out for one person to sleep on), books to browse through and board games. The kitchen with dining table and four chairs is also located here. It has a fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, four-burner electric hob and extractor bonnet. From the first floor you have access to the lake balcony with a beautiful panoramic view over the lagoon and Lake Hain. The lakeside terrace with garden furniture and a parasol as well as a beautiful view can be reached from the second floor. Outside there are two car parking spaces, a large sun terrace directly on the lake with a movable bathing ladder - also intended for the holiday home next door, a rustic bench for a cosy break and a jetty in front of the boat garage.
