LA MER is part of the Sonnengarten holiday home park and our semi-detached house is 72 square metres in size and can accommodate six people. The house has a large living and dining area, two separate bedrooms, as well as a bedroom in the attic, bathroom with shower, sun terrace and is modern-functional and furnished with great attention to detail. Altefähr has always been the gateway to the island of Rügen and is located on the Strelasund opposite the time-honoured Hanseatic city of Stralsund. The panoramic view from Altefähr to Stralsund alone is worth the trip. Altefähr is a small, quiet, idyllic and tranquil place that invites you to relax. The child-friendly bathing beach with playground and plenty of space for digging is just a five-minute walk from the holiday home. You can watch boats at the harbour or set sail yourself. Anglers can pursue their hobby all year round, but other major sporting events (e. g. the Sundschwimmen, Rügenbrückenlauf, etc.) also invite you to take part or watch. Altefähr is the ideal starting point for swimming, fishing, surfing, hiking, cycling (the holiday home is located directly on the Rügen circular route / Baltic Sea coast cycle path), boating or boat trips. three bicycles are available to guests free of charge. You can store your bikes safely in the lockable shed. For smaller repairs there is a tool / repair kit and an air pump available.
