This holiday flat is in a secluded location in the southern Harz Mountains, just 2 km from the town of Bad Sachsa on the Katzenstein, above the fairytale park in Märchengrund, with a view of the mountains and at the foot of the Ravensberg with its winter sports centre.
The 95 m² modern flat, renovated in 2021, is located on the first floor of a restored half-timbered house. It offers a large living room with dining table, large satellite TV, CD and DVD player. The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), the second bedroom and children's room has a high-quality sofa bed with topper (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large bunk bed (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m). There are high-quality children's toys, a colouring board with chalk, children's books and board games. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, various coffee machines, blender, toaster, Sodamax and kettle. The large terrace with a view of the mountains is fully furnished and has a charcoal barbecue at your disposal. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washbasin with mirror cabinet. Bed linen is provided. Internet (WLAN) is also available free of charge.
In the fenced outdoor area (3300 m²), further garden furniture, a brick barbecue, a children's playground and a sunbathing lawn are freely available. A men's and a women's mountain bike can be hired directly from the owner. You can also park your car on the property.
Directly from the property you can access an extensive network of hiking trails, with which several stamp points can be reached and which also lead directly to the town of Bad Sachsa.
