Negativ: im Bad untere Fliesenfugen schwarz (Schimmel?), Spinnweben und Wasserdruck am Waschbecken so gering, dass man nicht mal Händewaschen kann. Dusche undicht. Mussten vorsorglich Handtücher auf dem Boden auslegen. Im Wohnbereich stark verschmutzter Teppichboden.
