luxury stone villa with pool, built in the eighteenth century, and fully renovated in 2016 with brand new furniture and appliances but also keeping some antique piece to remind its origin, situated in a big land full of trees and flowers. The villa has two floors each one being a separate apartment not connected from the inside.
On the ground floor, the traditional cottage, has a bed room with double bed and inside bath room, living-dining room , kitchen with modern appliances as well as the old stone oven and cooker standing in their corner to dream of the past. At the rear end there is another bath room with shower and ironing space with ironing board and steam power iron.
An old stone staircase leads to the big outside balcony on the first floor, where you can have your breakfast in the morning watching the nice view around or enjoy your drink at night watching the millions of stars in a clear sky. As you enter to the house, there is on the right side, The master bedroom with king size bed facing from the window the outside alea and the hill across, while from the inside bathroom's window the view to the village and the sea is catching your eye. On the left side of the floor exist Another double bedroom and A two single beds room sharing a bathroom. In between the bedrooms there is the living-dining room and kitchen place where you can enjoy as well the 42 inches flat satellite TV either laying in the huge couch or sitting in the Chesterfield leather sofa.
Outside there are the courtyards in different levels ,the gardens, full of trees, flowers, spices and herbs and the swimming pool size 4,5 x 7 with surrounding area of 150 square meters where you can spend a whole day swimming and lying in the sun, resting and reading under the shadow of our Giouka Tree, or dinning under the kiosk. But most spectacular will be the full moon nights when the moon arises from the mountain of Ithaka across and the moonlight sparkles in the sea. All these makes it the most spectacular place to be enjoyed day and night for pleasure and fun to make your holidays a dream.

The ground floor is about 125 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms:
A living room with big corner sofa , a big dinning table for 10 people, a flatscreen TV and a double sofa bed. There is also a bedroom next to it, which includes a double bed. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with hobo and oven, fringe with freezer, microwave, coffee machine washing machine and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower where there is space for ironing board.
The first floor is around 100 sq. meters 2where the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are situated plus a big kitchen-sitting-dining room. The 2 floors are not connected from inside.

The nearest Foki beach is about 1,500 metres away and a car is needed as the village is on the hill. In the house we have beach chairs, sun umbrella and towels that you can take with you as it is not an organized beach but the place is full of big olive trees where you can stay in their shadow for the whole day. Fiskardo centre with its restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 3,000 metres away and Maggano another small village with supermarkets and restaurant is around 2,000 meters away.
