Guests have at their disposal a beautiful garden (approx. 65 square metres), which is completely enclosed. Here you can have a coffee, eat or simply sunbathe. Private parking is very practical, as it is almost impossible to park a car in the centre of Rovinj.
The comfortable holiday flat measures approximately 100 square metres and is located on the ground floor of a two-storey residential building. It consists of a spacious living room (25 square metres), two double bedrooms (13 and 16 square metres), a bathroom (7.5 square metres) and a large, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds (190 x 200 cm and 200 x 200 cm), one of which also has a cot (120 x 70 cm). A sofa bed (160 x 190 cm) provides additional sleeping space. All rooms can be heated. Bed linen, towels, final cleaning and all additional costs are already included in the rental price. WLAN can be used free of charge. There is air conditioning (Daikin A/C) in the living room.
The centre and the beaches are only a ten-minute walk away. If you like cycling, as our guest you will get a ten per cent discount at the adjacent bicycle rental shop. The nearest large supermarket is only 100 metres away or a two-minute walk. There is also a bakery, café and everything you need, so there is no need to go shopping elsewhere. A few metres from the house is a pizzeria with excellent value for money, followed by another one 50 metres away and so on.
