We offer you a comfortably furnished holiday flat (45 m²) on the top floor, with its own entrance, for up to 3 people.

You have your own balcony incl. balcony furniture and cushions.

In the bedroom there is a double bed. The sofa in the living room can be converted for the third person. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and 1 WC. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table with 4 chairs. In the living room there is a living/sleeping sofa with a coffee table. In the wall unit you will find glasses and the satellite TV.

In front of the house we have our own children's playground and your car will find a reserved parking space on our property. Your motorbike . . Washing machine in the house for use by all guests (chargeable). The holiday flat is suitable for singles, couples, families or fitters. In the attic next door there is a holiday apartment for 2 persons + 1 child.

In the middle of the border triangle Bavaria Thuringia Hesse lies the holiday resort Hilders in the Rhön. Hilders is situated in the upper Ulster valley, 480 - 800 m above sea level, has approx. 2000 inhabitants and has been recognised by the state as a climatic health resort for 40 years and has a typical low mountain climate with fresh, clear and healthy air. Our holiday resort Hilders is an ideal destination for hikers at any time of the year, as the Rhön is known as the "land of open spaces".

Die Rhön erwandern - Hilders

Die FeWo der Familie Klein (Erker) ist gemütlich eingerichtet, groß und hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Ort und die Rhön. Ein Parkplatz direkt am Haus verkürzt die Wege. Die Familie selbst wohnt im EG und ist sehr nett. Von Hilders aus kann man in kurzer Fahrzeit (15-20 Minuten) nahezu jedes Ausflugsziel erreichen.
