Valmalenco is a small valley that lies next to Valtellina. Torre di Santa Maria is 10 km from Sondrio and less than 5 km from the ski resort of Chiesa Valmalenco. Rustico is located in a small 13th century hamlet where only two families live all year round.
Only 4 kilometres from Ort, immersed in greenery at an altitude of 1000 metres. It was completely renovated in 2020, with great attention to insulation and natural materials. Maximum attention is paid to healthy sleep, thanks to the Samina orthopaedic system. The house has three floors. On the ground floor, below the house, there is an old stone cellar and a well. On the 1st floor is a kitchen-living room and bathroom, and on the upper floor is a large bedroom. Two terraces are available, for electric bicycles and for charging.
Quiet area away from mass tourism. In winter you can set off directly from the house with snowshoes. Various animals live in the area and keep the area clean.
Water from the well runs constantly to keep the cellar cool. Seasonal farm produce can be bought on the farm. There are some rare mountain species to see, sheep, donkeys, as well as more than 50 rare fruit trees.
Musci is an excellent base and starting point for various excursions, both in summer and winter. You can set off directly from the house on foot for various walks.
In the village a little further down, there are several food shops, bars and a pizzeria. The main town of Valtellina, Sondrio, can be reached in 20 minutes by car.
