Our stay at this property in Lungern, Switzerland, was outstanding. The apartment itself is immaculately clean and very well maintained. The best part is the location: the beautiful Lake Lungern is a mere three-minute walk away, offering stunning scenic views. The owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful; they truly went above and beyond, treating us like family. We especially appreciated the excellent amenities, including the fantastic floor heating system which kept us cozy. The super compact kitchen is brilliantly equipped with all necessary utensils, and we were pleasantly surprised to find essentials like spices and oil—this thoughtful touch made cooking incredibly easy and saved us from buying basic ingredients. Overall, this is the best apartment we have ever found. The only minor inconvenience is the distance from the railway station (a 25-30 minute walk). However, the owner graciously provided free pick-up and drop-off service from Lungern station on our arrival and departure days. This was a tremendous help, especially with our luggage, and we are extremely grateful for their thoughtfulness.
