With its dominant position, between Todi, Orvieto and Perugia, this 20-hectare farm is the perfect place for those seeking a refuge from the city heat, offering breathtaking views of Rotecastello and a myriad of other medieval villages.

The 60 m² flat, spread over two levels, combines comfort and style. On the ground floor, you will find a cosy living room with armchairs and a sofa for 4/5 persons, a dining table and a kitchen equipped with an open fireplace, refrigerator, cooker and oven. The second floor offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed and covered terrace, the other with two single beds, as well as a bathroom complete with shower, WC and bidet. A cot can be added on request.

The private terrace is the ideal place to relax and enjoy outdoor meals, thanks to a table, chairs and barbecue under a shady canopy. To indulge in further relaxation, our brand-new wellness centre offers a heated mini pool, whirlpool, counter-current swimming, sauna, steam bath, and a relaxation area both indoors and outdoors, available year-round, by prior arrangement.
