A characteristic chalet amidst the flowery meadows of Molarèn, 1 km away from Fiera di Primiero and the village of Mezzano (one of the 'Borghi più belli d'Italia'!). The access road is asphalted and in winter it is regularly cleared of snow. A little house all to yourself, not to be shared with anyone! And all around almost 2000 square metres of meadow, where you can relax, enjoy silence and tranquillity, run and climb on our old apple trees (which naturally do not undergo any chemical treatment). In the surroundings of the chalet there are many paths for walks in the woods and cycle-pedestrian tracks to reach the various villages in the valley.15 km away is the famous and elegant resort of San Martino di Castrozza, a skiing paradise: 60 km of ski slopes + 30 km of cross-country skiing tracks. In summer, the Pale di San Martino (Val Canali can be reached in 10 minutes by car) offer high altitude excursions, trekking, and climbing. Not to be missed, for adults and children alike, is the canyoning experience in the nearby Val Noana gorge! The cottage has a comfortable living area on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and fridge-freezer), dining area, relaxation corner with satellite TV and DVD player, bathroom with shower and washing machine. A large wood-burning stove, the typical Tyrolean 'stube', supplements the central heating (gas boiler with radiators) and provides comfortable warmth. On the first floor, which is entirely made of wood, there is a double room (with the possibility of a third bed) with balcony, a twin room (which can also be hung) and a bathroom. Our family also rents out a SPACIOUS AND ELEGANT MANSARDA (sleeps 6) in the village of Mezzano, with a large, well-equipped gardenTips and activities 15 km away is the famous and elegant resort of San Martino di Castrozza, a skiing paradise: this winter there is over 2 metres of snow on the slopes! In the area there are 60 km of ski slopes + 30 km cross-country trails. Free ski bus from the village of Mezzano. In summer, the Pale di San Martino offer ideal terrain for high altitude excursions, trekking, and climbing. More than 600 km of mountain bike trails. Don't miss, for adults and children, the Canyoning experience in the nearby Val Noana gorge! The other valleys of the Dolomites (Fiemme, Fassa, Gardena, AltaBadia...) can be reached in 30-60 minutes by car, the cities of Trento, Bolzano and Venice in less than 2 hours.
