The family flat of about 100 square metres (including the loft) is located on the second floor of the building and is equipped with a 32-inch flat-screen TV, telephone with direct outside line, kitchen in a dedicated room, living room, bathroom with shower or bathtub, bidet in both cases, and hairdryer. It is also equipped with bed linen, kitchen linen, bathroom linen and all crockery. The flat also offers all basic services such as hot and cold water, independent heating and electricity. The two bedrooms of the flat are connected by a direct view. They accommodate a double bed and two single beds. In the living room the leather sofa can, if necessary, become a comfortable double bed. Children up to three years of age are free of charge if they sleep with their parents or in their own cot. Baby cots are available for a one-off charge for the entire stay. Pets are allowed but will be an extra charge.
On your arrival you will find our welcome with an Italian breakfast for the morning and a courtesy line for the bathroom. In the centre of Massa Marittima (about 500 m) there is a shop with automatic washing machines and dryers.
