This lovely condo would be a perfect choice for a budget friendly summer vacation. The condo is located approximately one mile from the State Park or Tunnel Park. Tastefully decorated making an enjoyable, relaxing time. A lot of thought has been put into providing extras to enhance your family vacation. Off the dining room is a spacious deck with outdoor furniture and landscaping for privacy. The home offers two bedrooms. The master bedroom includes queen size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen and twin beds. Home also includes a den in the lower level offering a relaxing space to enjoy your favorite movie or a great way to entertain your kids with ping pong and foosball table.

Great find!

This was a cute, cozy, very well appointed property. Nice location, and if we didn't have our 3 year old with us, we would have walked or biked to the beach with bikes that were provided. As it was, we drove but made very good use of the beach toys in the garage. Lots to do in Holland and beyond that we explored, but very easily could have stayed and been beach bums with one large trip to a grocery store for supplies. We grilled out plenty, enjoyed after dinner walks around the neighborhood (complete with deer sighting!) and to the general store for ice cream.

Perfect vacation rental

This home surpassed our expectations! So clean and well maintained with a perfect location. We didn’t have time to enjoy the game room downstairs but if it had rained we would have!

Perfect-especially for little ones!

This was our first trip escaping the STL summer humidity and enjoying the beaches of Michigan! The cottage was perfect for our little family of 5 - 2 adults, 4.5yo, almost 3yo, & 1yo! The master bedroom was plenty big for my hubs & I in the queen bed & pack-n-play for our 1yo - provided by Lauren, which was a life saver on space in our SUV for the road trip there. The second bedroom hosts 1 queen & 1 twin bed, which was perfect for our 2 toddlers to have their own beds. A high chair was also provided by Lauren - again, life saver! Other highlights that really made the stay amazing was the amount of toys provided for all three of our littles/fuseball & ping pong tables in the basement AND the other half of the cottage hosted a family with littles too for all the kiddos to play together after coming home from the beach! (totally separated spaces - just literally attached by a wall but zero noise transfer) We drove to the beaches, but only because we had littles, especially our 1yo - but drives to the beaches were no more than 5 minutes! The cottage is definitely walkable &/or bikeable to beaches. (There were also bikes provided if we wanted!) Lauren was incredibly accommodating and welcoming to the cottage - amazing communication! It was truly an awesome trip!!! Thank you so much, Lauren!

Great place!

This was our first time in Holland. It was a great time of year to visit. The house was beautiful. It was so comfortable. We have stayed in a lot of rentals and this was the best equipped place we have ever stayed. And Lauren is so hospitable and quickly responds to anything you may need. I highly recommend her and this adorable home.

So nice, we stayed twice

This was our second time staying at this property. Great location between the two beaches and family friendly. The rental was stocked with everything we needed, even a cake stand for my daughter’s birthday cake.
