About this property

Great lake views from a screened porch, with swimming and fishing right in front of the cottage at the end of a private sixty foot dock. 3 bedrooms with room to sleep 6. Summer season is June through August, discounts are offered for multiple weeks and off-season. Available weekly in the summer, plus off-season by request. Fifty percent deposit upon reservation, plus $150 cleaning fee, $150 admin fee and $250 refundable security deposit. The balance of rent is required three weeks prior to move in. No smoking or pets please. No boat docking of renter's watercraft without advance permission. Contact us for more details. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTAL ONLY; ONE WEEK MINIMUM

Summer vacation

We had a wonderful week at the cottage. Joel and his wife were amazing at check in and super easy to communicate with. The house was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything!! Great location, peaceful, right on the water. The Sun room was wonderful. Perfect spot for our family vacation

Relaxing and cute cottage

My family and I had a great vacation at this cottage. There is a lovely screened in porch to hang out on and watch the sunsets and it is bike-able to beaches and the city of Holland. It is a very nice place for a smaller group and the host is on top of everything!

Relaxation and sunsets on back porch

Charming, vintage, and clean lake cottage. Well-appointed. Grocery store and good restaurants down the street. Short walk to boat rental for a sunset cruise.
