Vacation apartment "Ocean" in the heart of Borkum, vacation with dog

The “Ocean” holiday rental combines exclusive amenities with a relaxed island atmosphere—an ideal retreat for discerning connoisseurs. Located on the ground floor of Ria’s Beach Villa, it welcomes guests with an open-concept living space, modern design accents, and high-quality materials. Natural colour tones, bright rooms, and nautical details create a harmonious blend of tranquility, style, and elegance.

With approximately 60 m² of living space, “Ocean” comfortably accommodates four to six people (four adults, two children). The centrepiece of the apartment is the spacious living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows, a cosy (sleeper) couch, a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances—ideal for cooking together in the evenings or relaxing after a day at the beach.
Two tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, ensure restful nights, while the high-quality sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space for two people (younger guests up to 12 years old).
A special highlight is the elegant bathroom with a private sauna—perfect for soothing wellness moments and pure relaxation. Underfloor heating in all rooms also ensures a pleasant indoor climate year-round and harmoniously rounds out the exclusive living experience.
