Modern holiday apartment with a private sea view balcony
This holiday apartment is located only a few minutes' walk from Žnjan, one of the most attractive beaches of Split, marked with the blue flag, the symbol of maritime and environmental cleanness.

There is also a supermarket and an ATM in the building.
The apartment is for four persons max. It is on the first floor in a building with an elevator. It offers a kitchen and a living room from which you can go out on a big balcony (with abeautiful view of the sea and the islands of Brač and Šolta), one bedroom and a bathroom with a rainshower for complete relaxation at the end of the day, and with small toilet.
It is fully equipped so that it feels like home. Everything you need is there: a dishwasher, a ceramic electric hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, an iron, a hair-dryer, all the household articles, a safe, a smart LCD TV, and, of course, free WI-FI Internet.
Žnjan beach is the largest beach area in Split, public transport is in the front of the apartment. Žnjan beach is a heaven for water sports fans, kite-surfers, surfers, and those who enjoy long walks by the sea.
There is a bus stop in front of the building so there is no problem to get to the centre; it takes no more than 15 minutes to get there by bus.
The sea promenade leads to the centre of the city and the Diocletian’s Palace.
