It is a quiet island with fine, clear sand. The single-family house, in which the 60 m² holiday flat on the upper floor is located, is directly on the coastal road, so that from the 600 m² property you have a view of the sea.
The flat also has a balcony with spectacular sea views. The balcony also has a table with four chairs and an umbrella. Pets are not allowed.
The holiday flat has a total of two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.80 m x 1.90 m) and the second with a double bed (1.80 m x 1.90 m) and a bunk bed (1.90 m long). There is also a bathroom with a bathtub with shower, washbasin and toilet. It is on the seafront. The kitchen is equipped with basic appliances, including a gas cooker with oven and a refrigerator with freezer. From here you have direct access to the living-dining room, where you will find a dining table and chairs for shared meals. The house also has satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.
The island of Silba is ideal for lovers of sports such as hiking or diving, as the island is one of the places in Croatia that offers excellent conditions for these activities. Driving is not allowed on the island. You may have to park your car in Zadar. There are shopping facilities in the city centre 200 m away. At 50 m there is a restaurant and at only 40 m you can reach the sea through the garden gate.
