Type of building: terraced house. size of property: 150m². This holiday house renovated just recently in 2014 is in the little tourist town of Baska, on a quiet street in a residential area. The convenient location near the centre and not far from the beach makes it ideal for a family seaside holiday.
The 30m² terrace has a grill and a table with four chairs, as well as garden furniture. The four parking spaces available are right by the house.
The three-storey house provides 95m² of living space, with each floor around 35m². The ground floor has an open kitchen, fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and kettle. It has a nice counter with four modern bar stools, where you can enjoy meals. The kitchen has an adjoining living room with a flatscreen TV, stereo system and double sofa bed. The sofa measures 90 x 200cm and 180 x 200cm when pulled out. The ground floor also has a bathroom with a shower, WC, hairdryer and washbasin with a cupboard underneath and small secon bathroom is on the first floor. The second floor has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and up on the third floor there are two further little bedrooms, each with a bed measuring 140 x 200cm. All the rooms in the house have air conditioning. Internet access is available.
The town centre and the nearest beach are just 400 metres away. It is 300 metres to the nearest grocery shop. There are many leisure activities in the area, such as golf or tennis, hiring a moped to explore the region, boat trips to the islands or hiring a boat, hiking, cycling and so on. There will not be a dull moment, that’s for sure.
