An 82sqm outbuilding Experience a wonderful holiday in our large, very modern furnished holiday flat, which is only about 500 m from the beautiful sandy beach and easy to reach on foot, directly in Mönkebude "the pearl on the Szczecin Lagoon"! Mönkebude with its beautiful meadows and forests, as well as its sailing harbour and beaches, is located directly on the Szczecin Lagoon, the beautiful Baltic Sea coast in the north-east of our beautiful homeland! It's nice to go for a morning walk in the countryside with your partner or four-legged friend to get to know the forest, meadows, trees, animals and shrubs! But if you prefer to sunbathe on the beach in a beach chair or simply in the sand, the beautiful beach is about 500m away from your accommodation, just to relax and sunbathe! Our little guests also have a lot of fun on the beach on the new playground where they can really let off steam! But the most beautiful are the evening walks on the beach where the sun caresses the sea and you can enjoy the peace and security, here at the Stettiner-Haff.

Enjoy a relaxing holiday in a modern furnished flat on approx. 82 m², which meets high demands for a comfortable holiday. The living area is divided into a hallway, two bedrooms with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), which is surrounded by two bedside tables with reading lamps on both sides. There is always a spacious wardrobe with mirrored doors in front of the double bed, which offers plenty of storage space for your luggage. The centrepiece of the flat is the 23 m² living room with sofa bed and a kitchenette with integrated dining area. Relax on the pull-out sofa bed after a day out, while the flat-screen TV with satellite TV and TV-USB connection provides entertainment. A crackling fire in the wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth and a particularly cosy ambience even in the cold season. When pulled out, the sofa provides a comfortable sleeping area for two people with a bed size of 194 cm x 235 cm. The open-plan kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals using a four-zone hob, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment and numerous small electrical appliances, from a toaster and microwave to a coffee machine. You can dine together in the attractive dining area for up to 6 people. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a wash hand basin with WC and towel dryer, as well as a bathroom window. The flat is heated very comfortably with underfloor heating (included in the price), it is also possible to heat with a fireplace (additional costs), as well as with electric heating (additional costs).

Simply relax on your furnished garden terrace (which is approx. 17 m² in size). You can also relax on the sunbathing area in the garden (free sun loungers are available) or use the barbecue area for communal barbecues. A small sandpit with digging moulds, a children's pool and a trampoline are available for our younger guests. In the outdoor area there is a fenced area for our 4-legged friends to run free and feel good of about 20 square metres, we are in the process of expanding it to 300 square metres. Bicycles can be parked at the holiday property. Every guest has a free car park available, for security reasons and electricity theft, no electric cars are allowed to park on our property.

On the entire property of 1800sqm there are 4 flats, each of which (depending on the flat) has an area of 100sqm to 350sqm at the guest's own disposal to retreat and enjoy peace and quiet. Several flats can also be booked together, e.g. for a family holiday or a group to be able to withdraw from the people you like (when booking, we will be happy to help you make this possible).

The property is located in an idyllic setting just 500 metres, or a 10-minute walk, from the beach. Shopping facilities, an ice-cream parlour, several restaurants, a bakery and massage services await your visit in the immediate vicinity (within a radius of approx. 300 to 400 metres). The bowling alley, tennis court and water sports facilities are just a short distance away. Experience the landscape of the north-easternmost region of Germany on the Szczecin Lagoon, from Mönkebude to Üeckermünde and Altwarp with the most beautiful beaches and bays of the unique Baltic Sea coast, with an idyllic view of the sea and forests with cycle paths through unspoilt nature. The view over the Szczecin Lagoon offers one of the most beautiful views of the islands of Usedom and Wollin through sunny clearings in an undisturbed environment. Hikes through the surrounding forests are also unique. Discover the beauty of the region, smell the scent of pine trees and smoke ovens, pick mushrooms in the beautiful forests and watch fishermen bring home their catch, hear the snorting of horses and feel the freshness and beauty of the north wind. The idyllic village of Mönkebude is surrounded by the nature park "Stettiner Haff" with its reed and marsh meadows that glow golden in the sun, sea bays where you can see the clouds drifting across the sky, the green coniferous and mixed forests, moors and dunes. The nature park has its own administration. It organises events such as hikes, bike or canoe tours and offers them at a reasonable price. You can find more information about this at your accommodation. But the best are the evening walks on the beach, where the sun caresses the sea and you can enjoy the peace and quiet here on the Szczecin Lagoon. Mönkebude itself offers plenty of activities. Your holiday home is approx. 400m from the beach and sailing harbour area, where you can go sailing with your loved ones, bike hire is just around the corner, and there are several massage options as well as a bowling alley and ice cream parlours.
