As you enter the flat, you are greeted by a spacious hallway that leads you to all of our lovingly furnished rooms. For relaxing and cooking, you will find an open-plan living area that includes a well-equipped kitchenette with adjoining pantry and a large dining table for shared meals. A cosy living room with a large sofa, a recliner and a flat-screen TV invites you to linger. Three comfortable bedrooms - a double room with the option of an extra bed, a triple room and a third bedroom in the living area, which is separated by a door - offer sufficient privacy. Two bathrooms, one of which is generously sized for use by the whole family, round off the interior.

Outside is our idyllic garden, surrounded by fragrant meadows. A spacious lawn with a children's playground offers space to relax, play and sunbathe. There are also barbecue facilities and a table tennis table for shared outdoor activities.

Our accommodation is located on the quiet edge of the forest and is the perfect starting point for hikes, bike tours and winter sports in the Bavarian Forest. Marked hiking trails start right on our doorstep, and the village centre with shopping facilities and excellent restaurants is only a few minutes away. Various leisure activities such as animal parks, summer toboggan runs and adventure pools are in the immediate vicinity and guarantee entertainment for the whole family.

In our flat, which is furnished with great attention to detail and a focus on comfort and cosiness, you are sure to feel at home.
