The apartment has a large balcony (20 m²) with amazing views to the sea just 40 meters away. Directly by the house there is at least one parking space for free.
The 65m² apartment is on the second floor and consists of two bedrooms, a combined living and dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a big terrace. The first bedroom has a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), while the second has two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm). There are also two sofa beds in the living room, which has a terrace door affording a lovely view of the sea. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, cooker hood, fridge and kettle. The dining space is right next to the kitchen. The generous bathroom has a window and is fitted with a shower, WC and a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a mirror. Of course, the apartment is with air conditioning, satellite TV and a wireless Internet connection.
The nearest beach is only 40 meters from the house and nearby there are other pebble, stone and concrete beaches. Shops can be found within a radius of 150 meters from the house. As an alternative to a bathing day to take a trip in the UNESCO town of Trogir. Your special atmosphere thanks to the city the Romans.
