Right on the beach, good experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The management company was very responsive via text message (very convenient). Despite comments about mattresses in other reviews, we were comfortable and slept well. It was surprising that the bathroom in the master bedroom didn’t have a door, but that wasn’t a big problem. It would be nice to have an opaque shade on the windows in the second bedroom - the lights from the exterior hallway made it quite bright in that bedroom at night. Otherwise, everything was really good - we would definitely stay in this unit again if we came back to this area for a vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was just as described, needs some updating but was clean and had everything we needed including a beautiful view of the beach, gulf, sunrises and sunsets. My only disappointment was there is smoking allowed on the balconies and we had constant in and out of the terribly noisy patio doors above us (sounded like loud rumbling thunder) that woke us up every morning starting at 5:00 am and went on all day long the days we stayed in. We definitely will not stay in a building that allows smoking anymore that’s for sure.
