A large living room with leather suite, TV system (LED TV incl. Sky TV) as well as a view of our private park and direct access to your large balcony including garden furniture and beach chair. Adjacent is the kitchen with everything you need.
The bathroom is fully tiled and equipped with a bathtub (with a view of the starry sky), a shower, two washbasins and a washing machine.
All other rooms have real wood parquet flooring.
So that it does not get too warm in the warm summer months, the flat is equipped with air conditioning.

The Ottermeer (bathing lake with sandy beach, tree boats, hiking trails etc.) is approx. two kilometres away. A small grocery shop can also be reached in a few minutes by bike.
