It has a big common swimming pool, which is filled up from 01 April until the end of October. It has airconditioning on the ground floor & bedrooms.

The villa is a 2-floor semi-detached cozy furnitured house with spacious living room, dining table, WC, sofa bed and the kitchen on the ground floor.

Upstairs there is a spacious bathroom with two double bedrooms.

The villa has a big private garden on the front and a bigger common area on the back covered with grass. We have big windows and doors which you can open to enter your back patio. The backyard is connected with the swimming pool and your own private jacuzzi on your terasse where you can enjoy the sunset breeze with a glass of wine
