The country house is located in the municipality of Navaescurial in the Sierra Villafranca and foothills of the Sierra Gredos, five kilometres from the village of Piedrahita. It is situated within the village, but remote.

The planted garden offers barbecue and garden furniture. There is a parking space in front of the house.

The building dates back to the 18th century, when it was used for wool washing, and has been carefully restored as a country house using wood, stone and recycled materials. In the entrance hall there is an enclosed courtyard with a natural well dating from 1779. The ground floor has a bathroom with stone shower and the kitchen is equipped with gas cooker, fireplace, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery and dishes, and all other necessary kitchen utensils. The living room has a fireplace with free firewood, as well as several sofas, TV and WIfi. There is also a dining room with a table for up to eight people. On the first floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub. The three bedrooms are also located here. The first with a double bed and a single bed, the second with two single beds and the third with a double bed. A child's bed and an extra bed can be provided free of charge.

The house is situated at an altitude of 1211 metres1 with the possibility of hiking or other nature activities. Numerous villages and interesting places can be visited in the surrounding area. The nearest town offers all necessary amenities.
